      Everything's better with drag queens. Evidently, that's a lesson that Auburn native Glenn Stewart learned well when he married his rock-infused brand of country music to the drag shenanigans of Worcester's Joslyn Fox to create the video for his song "Little Miss John Wayne."
       
      Fox, a veteran of the televised drag competition "RuPaul's Drag Race," brings a sort of brightness to the video, and somehow, the two seemingly dissimilar worlds merge almost casually. Which begs the question, "What would happen if you added more drag queens?"
       
      Obviously, more fun. For his honky-tonk tearjerker "Around Again," Stewart's enlisted not just Fox but an all-star drag array that includesJujuBeeKelly MantleJade JolieJaidynn Dior FierceJade SotomayorMonica Beverly HillzKarmen De La Rouge and Leah Halsten.
       
      The song itself is a little more in line with mainstream commercial country music than "John Wayne," a fairly straightforward "afraid to love again" tune that goes well with brooding in one's beer. Honestly, this video ran the risk of being too derivative of the first one, but it works. Indeed, the drag queens seems so surprisingly natural in Stewart's country-Western dive that it's hard to recall that pairing doesn't happen every day. Maybe it should. Stewart, Fox and company make it look like fun.
